    NCAAF Week 1

    So glad football is back.

VT to win BCS +2500 - 1 unit

    One for tonight:

Memphis +31.5 - seems nobody is giving this team a chance after last years season. Not saying they'll be world beaters this year but it's a different team, different season, different opponent, etc. I'll take the home team in the season opener.

Looking at a few more for the weekend. GL
    2010 NCAAF: 10-5 (+4.5 units)
    2010 NFL: 18-5 (+12.6 units)
    2010 NCAAB: 34-24 (+8.6 units)
    2011 MLB: 33-50 (-10.34 units)

*Past performance is not an indication of future results.

Thx Daws - even with 5 players suspended I can't get a win :bang:

        YTD: 0-1 (-1 unit)

        One for tonight:

Baylor +6 (Betus) - similar to yesterday's reasoning. TCU lost quite a bit since last year and Baylor seems to have shown steady improvement under Briles. Taking the home dog in the season opener.

            Saturday Plays

            YTD: 1-1 (-0.1 units)

Feels like I've got more games than I should on week 1. Not only that, but I waited too long and ended up with some bad lines on a few of em. Anywho, going with...

            Auburn -23
            Houston -2.5
            Ole Miss +3
            Fresno St +10
            Ball St +7
            LSU +4 (2 units)
            - favorite play this weekend after all the off-field issues
            Colorado +6.5

              Sunday Plays

              YTD: 5-4 (+1.6 units)

4-3 yesterday, with one so far today:

West Virginia -23.5 - really basing this on the effectiveness of Dana Holgersen. He's had potent offenses at Tech, Houston, and Oklahoma St, and I dont see why that should change this year.

Not quite sure which way to go on the late game, but I'm sure I'll add something later.
