Breaking my own cardinal rule about wagering on your favorite team, but I just cannot see PSU winning any games this season after being ranked 7th nationally in the preseason. They have Iowa, @Michigan, Michigan State and @Rutgers left to round out the season. Sean Clifford is a horrible second-year QB and they have a one dimensional offense due to the loss of Journey Brown--the Big Ten's 3rd leading rusher last year---as well as losing a solid backup to injury before the season began. All they know is the read option and the QB draw....how imaginative! It's going to be a battle of sucky signal callers, but with the way the leaky Lions defense has been playing I am going to side with Martinez and the Huskers to get it done at home.
NEBRASKA +3 vs. Penn state

Not saying this is a bad play, but the situation is TERRIBLE. iu off a huge win vs Michigan, going on road vs a team that got killed, and has Ohio State next week.
I am almost sure I am playing Michigan State. Plus, iu sucks...lol.

I do agree with you with one caveat, that IU has never been in this position before and they have to be very confident and they are playing against a team with a new coach. We will see what kind of a motivator he is, but I do know that Tom Allen is one fiery guy and he'll be in their shorts all this week.
