    MP Week 13 CFB

Four plays so far. All plays 1.7 units.

    Auburn +4.5 @ Alabama WIN

I'll take the points here as I think this will be a very hotly contested game. Auburn has alot to play for here and the fact that a team vying for a national title berth with the best player on the field is getting a healthy amount of points is enough for me to bite.

Southern Methodist PK @ East Carolina WIN

Sorry, I cannot possibly pick a team that has allowed 76, 49, 42 & 62 points in their last four games. ECU's defense is the worst in the country. SMU can put some points on the scoreboard so they shouldn't have any problem getting to 40+ themselves. The Mustangs are playing for a C-USA title game berth, so they'll be fired up.

Ohio -3 @ Kent State LOSS

Another case where a team has a title game berth hanging in the balance. Ohio is the much superior all-around team here and are a confident bunch riding a seven-game win streak. KSU has had a distraction this week with their coach announcing his resignation following the season.

NC State -2.5 @ Maryland LOSS

Maryland has beaten a bunch of bottom feeders in the ACC and non-conference games, so I'm discounting their 7-4 record. They've been beaten pretty soundly by any bowl-eligible teams. NC State QB Russell Wilson is having a huge year and I expect him to carve up the Terps.

Maybe I'll add a couple more later in the week. GL all & Happy Turkey Day! :beerbang:

Happy Thanksgiving TightEnd! Like the Pack and going against ya in Kent game. Lot's of emotion here this week. The team had a presser and talked about how Martin has been like a dad to them and the players were crying. Even though he hasn't been successful it seems the players have a stronger and deeper conviction of respect for the guy. Maybe it's enough to push them over the hump with a huge win, I don't know. GL to ya bro.....poor Dover ran into the Marlington buzz saw but had a nice run!

thanks gents...as far as KSU, its a toss-up how things like this play out. Sometimes when injuries or resignations hit during the season, players rally around their teammate or coach. Sometimes it causes the wheels to fall off. We'll see what happens in this case. I'm just going to hope that OU's talent wins out!

        GL to all ya.

            Disappointing 3-3 for the weekend.

Oklahoma State and NC State forgot to play defense in the second half despite having a conference title game berth on the line...:lost:
