Miami OH redzone offense = putrid

This offense was handed unbelievable field position all night, drove easily into the redzone then pooped their pants.

They're like a 16 year old who gets the girl home, undresses her...yet doesn't know where to put "it." :bang:

Merriweather by far his best game rushing this season, and with Boucher at QB it looks as if the Hawks didn't try to spread things out as much in the red zone like they usually do. UA's team is worse than any Kent team I've ever seen, even the ones mired in the 34+game losing streak! The can't even get out of their own way!

I mean you kick 22, 25, 27 & 32 yard field goals and miss another from about 25 yards. That's five times inside Akron's 20 yard line and you get 12 points out of it. That's AWFUL. Oh yeah...and that was against the 115th ranked defense in the country. If they converted just two of those golden opportunities into TDs it's an easy double digit win.

The execution wasn't great, but the play calling left alot to be desired. 3rd and 1 from the 15 yard line and you throw a play-action corner route to a 255-pound TE? Huh? Yeah maybe that's a good call if you have Peyton Manning & Dallas Clark, but Austin Boucher and Kendrick Bruton aren't exactly a dynamic duo. Meanwhile, your RB had just run for 80 yards in the quarter.

I know this is sour grapes cause I bet Miami, but this game was a kick in the balls.
