HUGE DILEMNA - IA/OHSt or U/VATk

As some may know, I have season Hurricane tickets. The match-ups in question are stated above and BOTH games are at 3:30.

To be honest, I havent had much conflict in the previous 2 seasons. Almost half of Iowa's games aren't televised in SFL, EVEN AT BARS!.... Or I go to a bar and they WONT put it on. I know I'm in GATOR country, but 45 outta 50 TVs DONT need to show it. :puke:

To support this paragraph, last year's only issue was was the IA/MI game at 8pm. Miami was playing FLA&M at 7 - no brainer, I went to the pre-game, sold my tickets. And went home to the local pub. Thats right, I called the pub my home - (I'm just tryin to fit in :beerbang:)


So....... Do I go to the game (UM/VATk) or sell them and go to the Pub (IA/OSU)?

Facts: Seats are in the endzone. Just outside the FG. Row 22. On the aisle, seats 1&2. The seats are awesome. If anyone has sat in the endzone relatively close to the field; you can see all the routes and holes opening up. You can actually see the QB go through his check downs, and safeties stalking would-be open recievers.

I saw that last home game on TV, I think I seen you too because there was only like 2,000 people there. Can you sell a ticket no one wants to buy?

That said, I'd go. Virginia Tech would be worth watching.

And you can always Tivo/DVR the Iowa game.

DVR!!! thank you for the reminder. We just got DVR with DirectTV in the move this month. I have never had it before - its amazing.

I will go to the game. Thank you. Although seeing the score before its over might render the post-view unenlightening.

With that said, preliminarily guessing. OHSt -3, OSU/IA 48Over and VATk -2.5, UM/VATk 50Under. Random trend in the Cane/Hookie game. In the last 10 meetings, the home team has covered only 4 times (once UM), but the DAWG has covered in 7 of 10. Last years line was 2.5, and in 06 it was 1. The rest of the meeting have been over a FG.

30% chance of rain on Saturday. If it rains at all......clock the Canes out. They play terrible in inclement weather. I know, I know... its SFL, doesnt it rain everyday during some months. YES, but Coach Shannon hates the rain. practises are moved inside or canceled when it rains. WHY in the FOCK would you lose the opportunity to practise during a time that cannot be replicated. It is a phenominal edge that should be coddled not cursed.
