Pittsburgh has 2 game lead in the Big East with this being their 2nd road game in conference play. As bad as UConn has been at times this team has been playing very good ball at home. They are 4-0 beating both SEC Vanderbilt by 19 and W. Virginia by 3. UConn is 12-4 over the last 3 years at home. Not sure if this team can win this game tonight but they should inside the number. My prediction is Pittsburgh 21-17.

E. Carolina +2 @ UAB over/under 67

E. Carolina is biting at the bit to get back on the field after the humilating lose to Navy. This is a decent team that wants to go bowling and must have this win for that to happen. As bad as E. Carolina defense has been I am not sure if the UAB can take advantage. They are #81 in the country in points scored and #91 in points allowed. I think UAB will get their points but E. Carolina will come up with enough stops to get away with a much needed victory. As long as E. Carolina wins the TO battle I think they win this game by DD.
My Prediction is E. Carolina 37-27.

GL tonight Coach....been teetering on the edge with the UConn/Pitt game and after last week's embarrassment vs. Navy I'm not sure how ECU will respond. UAB has been horrible at times also this season!:thumbs:

Leaning towards Pitt on this one. Theyve been impressive defensively the past few games and theyre running game has finally got into gear. I expect a low scoring affair with Pitt on top 17-7. The under might be a better play here.

Im with you on ECU though. Obviously their defense has been horrid but i feel their offense will put up enough points to get past UAB.

Not Good!! But with that being said we do matchup well against those gators. In fact 2 years ago they had to block a fg in the final moments to preserve a win. Last year the game game down to the final qtr, but we still lost. I actually fell better about playing Florida @ Florida than I did about playing Arkansas at home. Crazy I know.

Hopefully the team that played Georgia earlier or Alabama will show up this saturday!

man, if FLA wins the east again, there are going to be a couple teams, mainly SCAR that are going to be kicking themselves for the missed opportunity to beat a bad Gators team. I really hope SCAR pulls it together. I just don't get it really.....their QB is decent, they have a great RB and 2 stud WR's and their defense has always been good. They are better offensively than FLA IMO and defensively as well. Think a TD is too much in this game but then again the SCAR 2nd half of theseason where did the team from the first half go factor scares me away.

The biggest problem with this team I think is a lack of leadership. When things are going good everything is fine. I soon as mistakes start happening the wheels come off. This was the case in the Kentucky and the Arkansas game. The have the talent to play with anyone in the SEC. With each game we just hold on and hope things stay on course.
