I really think it comes down to Temple @ Miami,OH......OU will not do well in Philly and is not really that good of a team. If they can't run, they're virtually dead and the Owls are stingy vs. the ground game. Of course the Owls/Hawks game is just for the MAC East Crown, and IMHO Northern Illinois is the class of the conference by far!:thumbs:

Man that fog last night was chit! Couldn't even see the damned game for the most part, but I kept watching anyway.....Miami sort of coasted on defense there for a while and almost cost themselves the game.....:bang:

Pens lost but it was cool , might get tickets for pitt vs duquesne on december 1

Would love to see the new igloo.......got my season ducats to Kent games.....can't wait for James Madison and also South Florida whose coach is Stan Heath the former KSU Coach who took them to the elite 8 in 2002.

Bunk...plus KSU LB Cobrani Mixon (the team's second leading tackler and 15th in the MAC) along with DB Brian Lainhart (the team's 3rd leading tackler and 17th in the MAC) were both injured vs. Temple and did not return. Mixon is a definite no play, and Lainhart listed as doubtful.....AND QB Spencer Keith has a sprained thumb on this throwing hand and is doubtful as well. He hadn't practiced this week as of Wednesday...his backup, Giorgia Morgan has only thrown 9 passes on the season completing 5. Morgan threw the ball well last year after Keith was injured in the 3rd game of the season, but he hasn't seen the field much this season.
