S. Florida -10.5 vs Rutgers over/under 42
This is not the game ESPN or the Big East was hoping for when the schdule came out, but here we go. These are two 4-3 teams that are not very good. Outside of S. Florida road win against Cincinnati neither team has beaten anyone. By beating Cincinnati on the road and now this team is worthy of DD favorite?
We have Rutgers which is #109 in total offense against S. Florida #95 in total offense. On the other side of the ball we have Rutgers #29 in total defense against S. Florida #40 total defense. So we have two decent defenses against two bad offenses. Its actually amazing the defenses are even that good thanks to horrible QB by both teams S. Florida has 7 TD's to 10 INT and Rutgers has 7 TD's to 6 INT. Also this Rutgers team is last in the county give up sacks (4.71 per game). The bottom line the offenses are not helping the defenses out at all. If the both teams offenses don't screw things up this should be a low scoring affair. Consider a small play on S. Florida as well.
