stay tuned for a nice game of "cover up and pass the buck". The ND ad has already gotten the ball rolling on his own behalf. Clearly there was negligence on ND's part. I also agree completely with whitlock's article. Really a sad situation and one in which everyone loses. But at the end of the day, to hear Tressel talk on Tuesday regarding practice and the safety of everyone and then to see ND send some kid up in 400mph winds 50feet up to video is a travesty. And no, the wind didn't just pick up and knock him over as the AD has suggested. The kid was tweeting for an hour before that it was dangerous and not a good situation. Too bad the kid didn't just say screw it and come down on his own, but that is where ND people should have stepped in before it even got to that.
Actually the first thought that came to my mind right after sorrow for the kid's family! Somebody at ND is culpable and their ass in the the proverbial sling! Great article by JW......
