West Virginia -6 @ UConn over/under 45
On paper this game is a no brainer. But we all know that they don't play games on paper. On the surface it looks like this should be an easy win for W. Virginia, becuase of the QB carousel. But this is the situation UConn is not a passing team they are built more for running. It does not matter who plays qb the numbers show for this team to be successful they must be able to run the ball. UConn averages more running than throwing. This could be a problem against arguably the best defense in the Big East.
In West Virginia 2 loses they have 6 TO's. If they don't beat themselves and give UConn short fields to work with W. Virginia will win easy. W. Virginia is balanced and can keep UConn guessing on defense. If W. Virginia shows up their is no way UConn keep this game close.
West Virginia is #1 in scoring defense in conference. UConn is next to last.
My prediction is West Virginia 23-9.
