with you on that one off first glance......i would say USC hangover off the way that Stanford game eneded but hangover for what.....they can't win the Pac10 or go to a bowl....so IMO, they come home and take care of CAL and build on the almost upset of Stanford. I find the line a little puzzling as it's only -2.5, though. I think CAL is garbage personally......they mustered nothing against an Arizona D that just got shredded by Oregon State and they couldn't put it on a UNR defense that i just watched get gashed by SJSU repeatedly last night........seems too easy honestly......

But I honestly think this is a close football game. Oddsmaker is leaning OSU or the line wouldn't have opened -6.........

As soon as Bielema did that, I immediately thought to myself ... oh, Flyers is gonna have a field day with that move this week. Okay, maybe not immediately, but before the game was over I was thinking it.

Leave it to you Browneyes fans to take shots for a move in a game you had nothing to do with. I don't defend him, but it was Minnesota in a rivalry game ... but still.

And plus ... WHAT A STUPID F-ING CHART! The chart says to go for two up 30 points? Why? Who made that chart, my 5-yr-old daughter? That's what I find more alarming, he needs a frickin chart to "decide."

Even with all of the emotion and the home crowd I still don't think the Badgers can win. The Browneyes will have to play their worst game yet in order to not cover. Could happen, but I doubt it.

GL Flyers to you and your fellow Browneyes.

For openers, i thought it was bush. If it had been Purdue and Northwestern and Northwestern would have done that to Purdue (just an example) I would have said the same thing. I have always been under the opinion that you win and lose with class, but that's just me. Who knows if something went on in that game that nobody saw or heard about but......on the flip side...dude for Minnesota didn't need to spend 20 minutes whining about it in the press conference. He told him to f' off on the field and should have left it at that. He came across as a whiner (and he's gone anyway IMO) and beliema came across as a jerk in the post game so nobody was a winner......

As for the game, I went 2 years ago....night game and all and it's a pretty intimidating place to play. I think OSU has the better team but Wisky always plays them tough and at the end of the day, nothing would surprise me. I probably won't get involved in the game. The one worry I have is that OSU has only played 1 road game this year and quite honestly looked like crap. But yes, good luck to you as well. Wandos will be rocking before the game....

          Agreed! Very Bush.

It's too bad Brewster at Minny won't be around next year to use it as motivation.

I still want to know where this "chart" comes from and why it says to go for two when you're up three touchdowns.

Or did Bielema have a ticket in his pocket? Maybe trying to get over that 22-point spread the Badgers weren't covering yet??? Hmmm? Smells fishy.

Oklahoma St +3 at Texas Tech? What has TT done deserve to be a favorite over a ranked opponent?

FIU -5 @ North Texas - UNT on their 4th string QB lose to an Arkansas State team that has one of the worst defenses in the country because they pretty much can't throw the ball with a completely unprepared QB. With most of the rest of their 1st team offense also injured I see it being hard for them to put up more than 7-10 points against a defense that has played relatively well (relative to Sun Belt standards) against some tough teams on the road. Just my two cents on one game that really stood out to me.

                Syracuse / Pitt

You gotta like the under again in this one .

Pitt cannot finish a drive. If they don't score from 50 yards out, they have to settle for field goals.

Syracuse had a huge win Saturday over SF at their place...

Last week Pitt came out throwing the ball in attempt to open up the running game. It worked for awhile but they have no consistency.

Here is the thing, Pitt's other receivers do not scare anybody. Take away Baldwin you take away Pitt's passing game. They really miss Dorin Dickerson and Nate Byhum. Those two tight ends opened things up for Baldwin last year.

Without a tight end Baldwin is struggling. He never goes across the middle . Never. He only runs deep routes it seems like , outside the hashes.

I'm leaning under again this week in this game.

SD State dropped to +1 and I missed it. I knew it was a crap number and should have grabbed it early.

One total I like as they were just released...

Ohio State/Wiscy UNDER 50. I played it already and boutgh the 1/2 but think it stays under. Wiscy will run the ball and OSU's D is solid.

I cannot see 7 tds being scored in that game, can you guys?

Wow....SDSU down to +1??....that is a big fall....i grabbed them at +3 1/2 -120 last night. I honestly think the true line value here is SDSU +1 so the value is gone at that point.

As for the OSU total....tough call. Wisconsin didn't exactly stymie MSU and even Minnesota was able to put up 23 on them. OSU's offense has been rolling for the most part this year....they had 31 in the 1H vs. IU and then called off the dogs in the 2H. I don't think it's far fetched to see OSU put up around 30+ points in this game. OSU has a ton of weapons on offense. This isn't a 17-13 game IMO.......i think that the total is pretty close to being correct.

As far as that Indiana-Arkansas St game...Indy -12 looks really appealing but after looking at it closer I think its a fair line. Arkansas State usually plays BCS conference teams pretty close (see last year a 24-21 loss AT #13 Iowa). Indiana SHOULD throw all over them, but the Hoosiers also should have beaten Akron and Western Kentucky (arguably the two worst teams in CFB) by more than 15 and 17 respectively. Indiana's offense was abysmal last week, albeit against Ohio State. If they don't get it purring quickly, Arky State will hang around and it will be a game. Indiana doesn't put teams away and Arky State fights...just ask Louisville.

                              No play for me.

yeah, really agree there MP....not to mention they are off of b2b conference games versus OSU and Michigan and now have a non conference game smack dab in the middle of conference play. I am always of the opinion that it is tough to keep getting up for games and you know that teams like IU circle the Michigans and OSU's every year as the "make our season" type games. I think this is the classic let down spot honestly and, though, I think IU wins if i were to play anything IU wise I would be most likely to look at an IU TT Over. I don't want an out of gas IU team laying DD @ home in a sandwich spot....noooo thanks....
