    Also...

UL-Lafayette's starting tailback tore knee ligaments last weekend and is out for the year. He will be replaced by a true freshman that has 29 car. for 76 yds and 0 TD on the season.

And...UL is on the wrong side this season in combined points (37-0) and offensive yards (389-161) in the fourth quarter.

Wow, from reading all the posts so far, it seems like I'm seriously in the minority in believing Oregon St is trash and that they get blown off the field this weekend.

Agree on a bunch of the other stuff i've read though, especially UGA. Tennessee looks like the sucker line of the week to me, and it seems people are falling for it hook, line, and sinker.

Hopefully I'll get a chance sometime later today or more likely tomorrow to add my thoughts in here on some more games...

KSU is catching 12 at home on thursday night. Who has Nebraska really beaten this year besides maybe Washington? I guess SDSU is decent, but I don't know much about them, Idaho and W.Kentucky. Not sure what to make of this, but I didn't think Nebraska would be as strong this year when all was said and done. Anyone with a strong lean here?

        Also,

Doesn't the Rutgers line of +5.5 at home against UCONN seem low? Maybe a little Schiano magic on friday night lol?

          FlyersFan,

I couldn't agree more on SCAR and KEN. I really think Auburn has a hard time in this game. Again, so many big games in a row for BAMA that this is a good chance to jump on SCAR and surprise BAMA. The line is dropping though so I'm not sure if all of the value has run out on SCAR. I'll have to think about that one more.

UGA looks like the correct side this week- line says it all. Throw in the situation and I don't see how the Vols get up for this one. I also think the situation sets up nicely for Florida to cover the line vs LSU, though I have my doubts about backing this team....

            Totals on my radar

Michigan tt over/ MSU/MIch over63.5- FF pointed it out, just to add to this Michigan state moved the ball all over Wisky. They were stopped on the goal line and had 3 turnovers, score could have been even higher. MIch st loaded up the box to stop the run and still had trouble allowing 175, so I do think Michigan's run game takes over.

WV team over- Like this one the more I look into it. WV off a bye coming back home off a road loss to LSU, where they amassed just 51 rushing yards. Now they get to face a UNLV team that just allowed 374 and 5 tds on the ground to Nevada. UNLV also allowed 2778 4 tds on the ground to Wisky. WV follow up this one with home games vs SFlorida, Cuse, then on the road @Uconn. I think if there was a spot for WV to get the run game on track (will Devine please stand up), this is it.

ECU/Smiss o59- ECU with 2 straight 2ndh collapses, and a crap defense. The only team not to put up 40+ vs ECU was Memphis- they average 15.6 ppg and put up 27 on them. SMiss with revenge from 25-20 loss last season, I think they may run it up. They look like a fine spread play to me as well, so I'm still deciding how I play it.

Looking at getting another ML parlay together this week. Candidates for the chalkdog parlay so far.....

Arkansas- Another top tier passing attack facing A&M. May be a good spread and team total play as well, but I don't see Arkansas losing this game

Stanford- back on track vs USC. I think the line is a little high here.

Utah- way too physical of a team for Iowa st. They are also catching them off an upset win, I think it's back to reality here. The Utes play nobodies until later in the season, so they have to beat up on them. Utah likely a straight play for me as well.

Miami- Just a better team than FSU, especially at home. Canes make a nice spread play as well IMO.

Florida- No way they lose to LSU. I actually think they played Bama well, out gaining them, but just couldn't cash in. Letdown after the way LSU beat the Vols.

Ohio- they are playing Bowling Green. Line got steamed from opening 5.5, but I think they win by 14+.

              SMiss- already discussed

Fresno state- Too much for Hawaii on the road here.

to a lesser extent I like

UGA- think they win but little value in parlay

SDst- BYU blows. Only concern is it's a roadie.

MIchigan- over likely the stronger play though I like the Wolverinwes to win this one.

SFlorida- Cuse may be a decent spread play but I think they are untested. Stil it feels like this is playing with fire so I likely won't include it.....

Anyone have some reasoning as to why these faves may not come through on the ML:dunno:

Jacory Harris listed as doubtful, game is now otb. Still thin king I will be on the Canes, I think they get to Ponder and force turnovers

Just saw that the MTSU qb is back tonight which should be a huge boost. tempted to play the meaningless tuesday game :bang:

Any reason why Boise doesn't destroy the Toledo Rockets at home saturday?

PSU is a nice toss in this week IMO and the line is low due to last week's results.

                      Pitt vs ND

I have been up close and personal for all three pitt home games. THEY LOOK TERRIBLE.

I have yet to see ND play but just from the way Pitt has started it's hard to imagine them going to ND and getting a win vs THE IRISH for the third straight year.

From what i hear the Pitt offensive studs are all in the doghouse.
Deon Lewis did not play on Saturday vs Flo International due to an apparent SHOULDER INJURY. From what i hear he has a horrible attitude as does JOHN BALDWIN.

Baldwin is missing from the offense.

I feel the best play on Saturday in this game is the under.

Ray Graham ( pitt's other tailback ) and Lewis should each get 15-20 touches because the
playbook is scaled way back for Sunseri , and the offensive line struggles in pass protection ..Graham ran wild on saturday . 277 yards on the ground

I feel ND wins this game 24-16..

                      ONE MORE NOTE ..

Pitt has a hell of a kicker. He is the punter too and he is dynamite. If it comes down to a FIELD POSITION type game he has been stellar.

He has a big leg and is very accurate

                          Alabama (-6.5) @ South Carolina

FLA is a solid play.....completely agree with Boiler on this one.....MSU/Michigan best play is the over IMO as both teams struggle big time with PassD and both can ring up the yardage. Also both teams with big play capabilities which helps with an over.....I actually like SCAR 1H and I think this game will be closer than most expect. The other factor is asking Bama to keep getting up for big game after big game....@Arkansas, Florida then @SouthCarolina.......

Thanks for the welcome and advice. Regarding the Michigan pick.. I have messed around on betus a bit this season but these games are for a weekly pick em I'm in. We do 5 NCAAF and 5 NFL games. The Michigan pick troubles me the most. I don't like relying on Robinson. I will have a hard time changing from Bama to Scar.. but I will look more in to it before picks are due Thursday. Thanks again bro
