    UNR @ BYU Information

Just a heads up on a couple things...

BYU announced that QB Riley Nelson is done for the year after injuring his non throwing shoulder in the FSU game....they are now turning to Jake Heaps

On another note....this is an AWFUL spot for UNR to come into provo laying 5 points. Coming off probably the biggest win (over CAL) in that school in a long time and on deck is @ UNLV and that is pretty much the Super Bowl for both of those schools. That is one of the nastiest rivalries that nobody talks about. Complete Sandwich game for UNR and If you asked UNR which game is more important, it is the UNLV game (not that they don't want to win in Provo). I can see a flat UNR squad at least to start the game. UNR has had the best of it lately but they were the little brother/red headed step kid school in that state for a long time

I am actually looking at BYU in this game grabbing 5 points right now....think the best play might be BYU 1H.

i got one of those lmao lines @ betus on that game, but i think BYU wins anyway. 4 is still a good number as 5 is a strange number for a game to land on score differential wise.

Hey, bottom line, it's probably the spot play of the week and it's one of those "what was the last thing joe public saw" lines.....So a week ago UNR wasn't good enough to be favored at home over a very overrated CAL team picked like 6th in the pac10 but now they are good enough to open as a 5 point favorite on the road @ BYU...:dunno:

Just a really bad spot for UNR with UNLV on deck and off that program win of a lifetime last weekend......BYU ran into an AFA team they had owned and you know AFA knew that and is a very good team, then traveled to playFSU off that blowout @ Oklahoma.

The deal with the freshman, though, is that he has been getting some game reps so it's not like pulling some freshman dorm rat out of his bunk and tossing a helmet on him and sticking him in the huddle
