In case you weren't aware of it......

.....Case Keenam is gone for the season with a knee injury AND....so is his backup. Cotton FitzsimmonsTurner left the game with a fractured Clavicle and is done for the year too. They will turn to Freshman Terrance Broadway. Tough loss for Houston.

IOWA Note

FYI.....

RB Jewel Hampton's season is done for the 2nd year in a row due to a knee injury sustained versus Arizona Saturday night. Wegher is already MIA and who knows if/when he will return. Leaves just Adam Robinson and a bunch of freshman and scrubs. Keep an eye on this going forward, IMO, especially if Robinson gets nicked or dinged coming up.

Cincinnati Note

UC's potential all american TE will miss the OKL game on Saturday. Ben Gudugli has a sprained ankle sustainted in the Thursday NCstate game. Huge blow to the offense of UC which is already down #1 wideout Hazleton from the opener versus RaisinState. Gudugli is a big part of their offensive scheme (was) especially with hazleton already out.

Riley don't call me skinner Nelson is officially toast for the rest of the year with a bum non throwing shoulder sustained in BYU's loss @ FSU last Saturday. BYU will turn to a Freshman for the rest of the season.
