    MP Week 3 CFB

3-3 for me in week two; actually up 0.2 units as I went bigger on some of my wins. Woopdedoo.

Some crazy games this week...strange matchups IMO.

This one was too juicy to pass up so I got it early:

    Indiana -12.5 @ Western Kentucky (2.5 units)

The Hoosiers will have had 16 days to prepare for WKU, who is one of the worst defensive football teams in America thus far, allowing 56ppg in their first two losses. Indiana also gets back All-Big Ten WR Tandon Doss this week. Don't see how the Hoosiers can't win here by 20+.

    Taking a hard look at:

    Texas -4 @ Texas Tech
    LSU -7.5 vs. Miss. State
    ECU +15.5 @ VT
    Florida -15 @ Tennesee
    USC -17 @ Minnesota
    Washington +4.5 vs. Nebraska
    AFA +18.5 @ Oklahoma

There are some big numbers #s there for road favs and some tempting DD live road dogs. Gonna wait it out on these...curious to hear some thoughts on these games.

GL this week Tight End.......like the Indy play and looking at Tejas & SmelLSU as well. Dover at Tri-Valley in Muskingum County this week. Should be another good one.....2nd week in a row for the Scotties facing a team nicknamed Tornadoes.

        MP- GL!...this weekend...

Great atmosphere in CBUS for the Miami game.....bunch of buddies rolled over to the Northmont/Moeller game Friday night over in Dayton....I think Moeller played their 9th string until the 3rd quarter....

I like the 1H for AFA in that game.....letdown spot for OKL off the big win and AFA has some talent that is for sure....can definitely see a close 1H and maybe game there....

And laying points with TEX @ TacoTech is always dangerous IMO. And not sure how anyone can lay 15 points with FLA on the road, even if UT is pathetic.....

haven't looked at much and probably won't until Friday or so....

Thanks Flyers..hope you have a good weekend! BTW, Moeller looks tough this year...

Finished up my card for the weekend with:

Nevada +4.5 vs. Cal (1 unit)

I don't know if the .5 suckered me into playing this, but I'll take the home dog. Nevada can score, just a matter of if they can stop Cal's offense. Don't see a huge gap in talent and Nevada has the superior QB in Kaepernick, so I'll roll with the 'Pack.

Illinois -7 vs. No. Illinois (2 units)

The Illini have never lost to a directional Illinois program (12-0). No. Illinois barely snuck by I-AA South Dakota last week at home and their coach has been hospitalized this week with an illness. That's a distraction worth noting.

East Carolina +18 at Virginia Tech (2 units)

It's a fishy line and it seems like way too many points to give a team that has averaged 50ppg in two wins against a team that went from national title contender to losing against James Madison. I think VT gets the win here because ECU's defense sucks, but VT isn't one to score 40+ and I think ECU puts some points on the board. Maybe like a 31-21 type game.

Also going to play a little pleaser for fun, hoping these teams destroy some of the worst Ds in college football. 1.4 units to win 20.4

          Utah -31 @ New Mexico
          USC -22.5 @ Minnesota
          Indiana -19 vs. WKU

Alright fellas...go get 'em this weekend!
