    Can Texas win tonight?

Those of who you are taking Texas plus the points. Do you actually think Texas can win or you just think they will cover?

The way the bowl season has been going, sure they can. I'm leaning towards Bama though. I'd like to get -3 but don't see it happening.

I think too many are just looking at the last game for both of these teams and not looking at the whole picture.

Alabama's dismantling of Florida seems to be all that anyone really has to say about them here and elsewhere (disclaimer - I did NOT read everyone's thread or reasoning here, so don't be offended if you mentioned other reasons, then I'm NOT talking about you), and imo that is the exact reasoning the public always falls for....the old "what have you done for me lately?" style of capping.

I'm sure the oddsmakers saw that game too, and imho they have even weighed it into the line, especially when it opened at +5.5.

Public love for Bama seems to be growing by leaps and bounds today too when really the action was more split leading up until today, with only a slight edge to Bama, maybe 60%, not odd for a fave. Now they're approaching 70%, which with the volume of bets being placed on this game is a HUGE shift in percentage. Odd. Probably alot of touts on them or something...
