    Week 1

    Eastern Michigan - 3.5 ..... Good QB , new era ! Ron English takes over this program. They have some talent on offense... Andy Schmitt record setting QB completed 58 passes last year vs CENTRAL MICHIGAN ( ncaa single game record )... Upset win over CM in the season finale ... Very explosive offense for EAGLES .They scored 106 points in their last two ball games last year .. .. MY POD .... 2.5 units


    Nevada +14.5 .... Love the hook here .. Can easily see a 35-21 final or 42-28 type score. Nevada also very talented on offense with QB Kaepernick and RB Taua returning. I'm hoping this one stays close.. Nevada returns 5 from their front seven on defense .. Granted they weren't very good last year, but atleast they have experience in these big games.... 2.5 units

    LSU -17.5 ... What a tough opener for a Washington team who went 0-12 last year .. Not enough points in my opinion...A friend of mine who is a good capper really likes BAJOU BENGALS also .. 2.5 units

              Christian Ponder IMO is a good QB. I feel FSU is the side to play for this reason. IMO he is better than Harris and that is the key. The entire offensive line is back for FSU. The defense is inexperienced which is a concern but not enough of a concern IMO to lay off THE NOLES at home giving less than a TD.

              One last note here :

              The NOLES will be trotting out either true freshman Dustin Hopkins or sophomore walk on James Esco at kicker. Hopkins was the #1 kicker in the 2009 class. He missed only 3 kicks as a high school senior. One was a 58 yard fg attempt and another was 64 yard fg attempt. His longest fg as a senior was 49 yards. He was perfect 37-37 as a high school junior in extra point attempts and 6-7 in field goal attempts during that same season. He kicked a 46 yard fg in the UNDER ARMOUR ALL AMERICAN GAME. He could end up being very good. Esco is a redshirt sophomore walk-on who has been challenging Hopkins all summer. WE ALL KNOW THE ISSUES WITH KICKERS FOR NOLES IN THIS SERIES
