    Monday Plays

    Start out with one

    Rutgers -6' 2 Units
Teel has done a very good job protecting the ball in Rutgers improved stretch of play. This combined with their vertical passing game should allow Rutgers to take advantage of their advantage in the passing game. I expect Teel to put up 280+ yards while leading Rutgers to 30+ points. NC St needs Wilson to make plays to prevent Rutgers from stacking the line to stop the run. I think the speed of Rutgers defense will limit some of Wilson's effectiveness in creating plays while avoiding the rush as they did with Pat White and Matt Grothe, two guys with some similiarities. I expect Rutgers to win by 10-17 points depending on how well Wilson protects the ball and the effectiveness of Rutger's red zone defense. If NC St is unable to pressure Wilson and the coverage is soft Rutgers will have trouble slowing NC St and a shootout could ensue. But in that situtation I don't see NC St being able to match punches with the quick strike ability of Rutgers.
