Well....because the line is set up that way because you see a team play well in first half, and then they give you 10.5 points...they give you that hook...so the public better thinks to himself wow...I can lose by a touchdown and a fieldgoal and I would win my bet. As more money comes in on them...the books are doing this ---> :laughing:
