Will post my picks later in this thread, but first I have a question. I like Oregon State in this one and I can get it for 27.5 at betus. Should I buy a half point now or wait to see if it moves another half point in my favor? Any thoughts on what this line might do?
Week 5 and USC/OSU question

Here are the rest:
Tulane -18 vs SMU- 1 unit- throwing a little on this one to make it more interesting to watch, Tulane has looked pretty decent and SMU is bad bad bad
Oregon State +27.5 - 2 units- In recent history, OSU has been playing USC tough and as a thursday night homedog, I really see them fired up early and USC only winning by about 20
Iowa -8.5 - 2 units- Iowa should come out pissed off after a crushing 1 pt loss. NW RB is banged up, and QB Bacher looked like sh*t last week after hurting his hand. NW hasn't played anyone this year, and I think they will stumble in this spot.
Ole Miss +23 - 2 unit- If Ole Miss can limit their turnovers, which is a big if against florida, they should cover this one. Urban Meyer was complaining about the new clock rules and not being able to get in enough plays offensively, which makes covering this huge number less likely IMO.
ECU -10 - 1 unit- ECU had 2 huge wins at home earlier this year, and Houston is a good team to bounce back against after ECU's OT loss. This seems like a good spot for ECU.
Alabama +7- 1 unit- Playing great football, Saban finally has this team going in the right direction. Both teams might have problems scoring, taking the points
Auburn -6.5- 2 units- This might be a sucker bet, but Tennessee sucks. If you lose on the road to UCLA, how are you gonna stay within a tuddie at Auburn?
Wisconsin -6- 1 unit- Don't think Michigan's O can hang here. Hoping for wisk to kick michigan while they're down.
Illinois +14 -1 unit- Penn St has been annihilating some pretty weak teams, hoping Illinois can put up a little bit of a fight. 2 TD's in conference is going to be tough IMO
Miami -7 - 1 unit- I think NC gets too much credit for blowing out a pathetic rutgers team that navy beat. Miami looks pretty strong, playing FLA close for most of the game and whooping ATM at Kyle Field.Comment

Get 'Em Hook! I am on the same side with ya on most of yours. Only one I would caution you on is Bama. I think they are being really hyped, even tho they haven't played a real team yet. Not too sure on that one... but GL on the rest Bro!:bang:
Strike first, Strike hard, no mercy, SIR!Comment

2 more:
Minnesota +20- 2 units-i This is basically a fade of ohio state as 3 TD favorites
Arkansas +28- 5 units- I HATE to say it, but I think texas is overrated this year. Our secondary sucks and I think ark should be able to score a couple tds off blown coverages and cover this huge numberComment

Agree with Arky, really don't like Minny's spot today, & it has nothing to do with Wells return. Can't see a reason why OSU would want to let up in this one... GL though :thumbs:Champagne for my real friends, real pain for my sham friends...Comment
