6-pack Saturday for Week 3 starts Thursday

    YTD
    8-4

NC+6 over Rutgers - The teacher (Butch Davis) gives his former pupil (Schiano) another lesson in how to be a big-time coach. Fresno exposed Rutgers' weakness in the secondary and in the running game. Tar Heels have the weapons on offense to send Scarlet Knights to 0-2 with outright win on the road,
    Winna 44-12

With one brewskie down the hatch in the win column, let's finish off the six-pack with 5 Saturday games:beerbang:

        YTD: 9-4

Oklahoma -21 over Washington - Sooners' no-huddle has befuddled two teams already. Do you really think a team coached by Ty Willingham will? Udub is a one-man team with QB Jake the Snake-- frustrate him and the Huskies go down like pussycats.W 55-14

Tulane +13 over East Carolina - Pirates are the darling of ESPN since Dr. Lou's son coaches them. Knocking of VT & WV has them backslapping themselves. Now they hit the road to play a Tulane team that held Bama to 32 yds. rushing and needed great special teams play to escape with the win. Upset alert. W24-28

UCLA +8 over BYU -Uclan shoied guts in upset of Vols and had a week to refine the game plan for a BYU team that squeaked by a bad Udub team. One thing UCLA has is confidence and that will allow them to play over their heads here once again. L 0-59

Bowling Green +17 over Boise State - It's tough to win on the blue turf but BG's offense will give a young Boise team fits. Five TOs killed BG last week versus Minnesota. That won't happen here. Line is too high in deference to Boise's past, not its present. W 7-20

Fresno St. +2.5 over Wisky - Long road trip in a meaningless game for Wisky (why would they even schedule this/) which struggled last two weeks againts inferior teams before exploding late. Bulldogs reamed Rutgers a new one and now at home will shut down Badgers' one-dimensional offense and show they may be on their way to a BCS Bowl. L 10-13

        GL to all:beerbang:
