You have to be kidding, right? There should have been 80 pts in this game. Navy continually stalled deep in Ball territory including going for it on the 3 yd line in the 3rd. Navy's pass defense blew. Both teams have really sucky defenses.

i didn't watch the game nor do i give a **** that there should have been 80 points. my point was that every service gave out the over and it is funny how those plays always crash and burn for whatever the reason is. i avoid them like the plague. that was my point with the under being golden.

Well, I guess God made sure services lost the over by making Navy stall on the first three drives ending in FGs then going for it in the 3rd from the 3 yd line and not making it, then throwing an INT at the 9 yd line in the fourth. They had it right.

Each play is to win the # of units posted unless it's a dog then I'm betting that amount.

i guess you can't grasp my point that it's funny how those plays always flame out WHETHER THEY ARE THE RIGHT SIDE OR NOT....nothing more nothing less....... i will just say i am wrong to end this argument as there is just no making points with you sometimes. i guess all the years i have been fading those plays i really haven't been winning. i will call my sportsbook and tell them there has been a gross error and i owe them for all those wins......:beerbang:

Not bitter at all. I lost only 1 unit on it. But the under was hardly 'golden'. It had LOSER written all over it all game.

Fade the services all you want but you also faded smart money. The line on this game moved 5 pts including 1.5 in the last hour. Fade smart money a lot and you will lose.....but you will never listen to me on that either. You did not even watch the game....:puke: and you called the under a golden play. It was way off.

take a long deep breath BB and go back and read what i wrote...........you're in such a huff to make me wrong........explain to me what part of this you don't understand i will do my best to clarify my statement for you.

.....most of the time when services all line up on a side the play flames out for whatever reason. when i said the under was golden it was in reference to 25-0 tally on services lining up on one side, and when that happens, for whatever reason, the other side usually is golden. which was my point. don't ask me why/how/when whatever...it ends up that way more times than not. i didn't bet the game because i agreed with the play but didn't want to be on the side with that many services.

and no, i didn't waste a friday night watching a game between navy and ball state.....sorry.......which has absolutely nothing to do with my original point.

go back and read my original post. where did i ever say the under was the right side?

I might be crazy getting in the middle of this, but I understand what Flyers Fan is saying. It was so logical for the over to hit that all 25 services were on the over. Those same 25 sites probably had New England covering the spread in the Super Bowl last year. I can't explain how that works, but when the overwhelming majority takes one side, it's worth taking a flyer (no pun intended) on the other side. Over time, it pays off.
