can anyone elaborate on the new rules. 40 seconds start as soon as ball is dead?
isn't this the same rule as 2 years ago? or was it slightly different.
and didn't they nix that cuz it was ruining the game in a sense lol and we went back to normal last year?
why did they resume it and/or made a new rule offshoot in the spirit of the old one?
