penn st (-9)- 2 units Iowa is without middle linebacker Klinkenborg (their heart and soul if they still have one) and they are moving Shada to free safety (he still can't cover anyone)......Penn st. will stack against the run and should win by a couple touchdowns....thinking about the under possibly
