    Discussion: Tulsa vs. Okie Dokie

I am leaning toward Tulsa, but I ain't not pulled the trigger.

See it as 82% on Okl and 18% on Tulsa. Line has grown from -19.5 to -22.5 and -23.

Saw a stat somewhere that Dogs at Home on Prime Time Week Days are 78%.

Leaning Heavily toward Tulsa. Anyone got thoughts to talk me out of this play?

Just a few stats to consider: ADVANTAGE IN BOLD

Oklahoma Off 565.33yds/game Tulsa Def 486yds/game

        Tulsa Off 559yds/game Oklahoma Def 179.67 yds/game

        Scoring Offense:

        Oklahoma 61.33pts/gm(#1) Tulsa 45pts/gm

        Scoring Defense:

        Oklahoma 8.7pts/gm Tulsa 32pts/game

        Penalties per Game:

        Oklahoma 6.67/game Tulsa 6/game

        3rd down Conv. %:

Oklahoma offense 48.6% Tulsa offense 41.4%

Oklahoma defense 17.0%(#1) Tulsa defense 40%

Score Prediction: Oklahoma 44 Tulsa 25(+23)

Weather: Clear. Winds blowing from the Southeast at 5-10 m.p.h. Game-time temperature: Around 85.

I think I kind of decided for myself to make this game a no-play because the public is riding Oklahoma very hard and I normally try to stay away from that. It could go over, but then again it depends how Tulsa can respond to Oklahoma's high powered offense. If they can't stop them then look for the score to run up. Best of luck whatever way you go Horfin! P.S.-You should've seen the line movement after Dr. Bob released his plays last night, some lines moved 2 points within an hour. example: Arizona+16 to +14 over California-just wondering if you ever heard of the line moving that much from one capper when he releases his plays... -Jay

After seeing what the Canes did to the Aggies, and remembering what the Sooners did to the Canes... I wouldn't bet against the Sooners.

                HUGE rivalry game...

the fans will be very loud for tulsa tonight despite being played at okie...

21 points is a lot of points against a team that could score in one play...

                louie versus middle tennesse?

oklahoma is a GREAT team, dont get me wrong, but with this number getting to 24 in a rivalry game like this..

i'll take the points and the enormous anti-public play

                    oh yeah...

tulsa managed to keep the score 15-17 last year with 3.5 minutes left in the game with the sooners scoring 14 in that time span to beat tulsa 31-15

                    hmm...

72% of the public is currently on the OVER of 67.5

I agree Pow that the Tulsa fans will be very loud tonight, but they are playing in Tulsa not Oklahoma.

I think if the Sooners wanted to, they could beat Tulsa by 40 pts. However all they need to do is win, so the question becomes at what point do they ease up?
