    Question About These Tourney Games....

How much stock do all of you guys put into the whole "its hard to beat a team three times" theory. Now that we're at tourney time, there are going to be a lot of these situations coming into play. I'm well aware of the theory, but I wonder if the numbers actually back it up. It may be one of those situations that seems to happen a lot, but in reality, may not occur as much as we think.

I'm having a hard time deciding how much that should affect how I cap these tourney games.....

    Insight is much appreciated.

i apply that to MLB more than anything else. If a basketball team just plain stinks and has no talent, then the elite of their conference could easily sweep. At the same time, MLB is money line play, so you have to factor the spread in for cbb vs a straight up win.
