Lots of games as conference tourney season starts to heat up! I love it! I will have some more plays for the later games today as I did yesterday while I watch line movements and the other games being added.
---If anyone was wanting a home town perspective on the Razorbacks today I will go ahead and get it out of me here. I’m staying far far away from the game. The line being at 5.5 seems tricky in too many ways. We beat Tennessee earlier in the year without Bruce Pearl and at home. I personally don’t see us staying in this game. Tennessee is much better with much better athletes and much more respect for their coach. If anyone does watch this game look for the lack of respect the players show Pelphrey (particularly Powell). I keep bringing up the attitude point when I talk about them because I see a lot of quit in the team. I know a lot of people around here wouldn’t particularly mind if the Hogs lost this game hoping it would send Pelphrey on his way. With that being said if Clarke and Powell come out to play we could be in the game. You never know when we could show up, but if I had to go any way it would be Tennessee’s direction.
Anyways on to my selections today:
Virginia Tech (-5.5) | vs. Georgia Tech - Virginia Tech is on a bubble that might be popping more and more by the second, they MUST win this game and I would believe they would come out firing. Both games between these teams earlier in the season ended up in a blowout by both sides, we’ll see who shows up.
Ole Miss (-4.5) | vs. South Carolina - South Carolina has been down in the dumps of the SEC lately losing 8 of their last 9 conference games. That one win, against Ole Miss. I don’t see it happening again.
Penn State (-4.5) | vs. Indiana - Indiana has been getting pooped on lately. That’s enough explanation.
Cal State Northridge (-2) | vs. Cal State Fullerton - Two regular season wins against a team has been hitting pretty consistently so far in the conference tournaments. That’s exactly what Northridge has here and a low line.
Cal Poly (-6) | vs. UC Riverside
Virginia (+3.5) | vs. Miami (FL)
Western Michigan (-5) | vs. Bowling Green
Ohio (-3) | vs. Ball State
As I said before I will certainly have more later, and my late plays brought me back last night! GL TO ALL
