Davidson/WVU Under 142 2 Units

WVU likes to get after it on D and their 1-3-1 should bother the Davidson shooters. As long as WVU shows up I think they are able to keep Davidson under 60 and I don't see WVU having the talent to dominate to the point of scoring 80. I see 70-58ish.

Nebraska +7 2 Units

I don't think Vandy is that good and Nebraska plays very hard for Doc Sadler. I expect a close game that comes down to the last few possessions. I think Diaz is a big factor in the game and gets a double double while controlling the paint.

The first one was brutal...78 Ft's, 67 Fouls and the game doesn't go over till a minute left. I didn't see it but I don't understand why both teams are fouling in the last 2 minutes of a 15 point game with a nice 13 points scored in the last minute.

Western Kentucky +170 3 Units

I think between Pattilo and Pettigrew and quality shooters that WKU will be able to apply contstant stress to the Minnesota defense. Minnesota has talent but I don't think they have as consistently sound level of play as WKU and in the early season that leaves a team ripe for the upset. Minnesota will be under pressure from WKU's extended defense and that will stress a team that doesn't have exceptional guard play, especially with Joseph out. This game also means a lot more to WKU and at this value I don't think it can be passed up. The only area of concern is handling the size of Sampson and Iverson inside. WKU will have to focus on controlling the boards and one way to do that is to make shots on offense and force Minnesota to work to even get into their offense.


Richmond -4' 2 Units

Other than this looking too easy I love this game. If it wasn't a road fav with a tasty percentage I would be on it more. Richmond is an upper level team from the A-10 who is sound defensively, capable of winning and battling in tougher venues than this (See: Cintas Center, Xavier), and they are returning several important players I like their chances of picking up where they left off. Richmond does have one flaw and that is they are susceptible to getting pounded on the glass, fortunately that shouldn't happen tonight. Iona on the other hand is adapting to life with a new coach and will be facing a very sound defensive team. Having struggled against teams I feel are inferior to Richmond I expect a similar result tonight. Although it feels like it's too easy.


UVA/Stanford Under 132 2 Units

I think we see a puker here with neither team getting out of the 60's. Personally I enjoy watching teams not score so I think I will enjoy watching minutes go by with no baskets and lots of D.
