5-1 last night with an O/U loser that was really close to the number. Bracket Buster games can really go anywhere, very tough to pick a side. All we can do is go with stats and try to find value when doing so. I feel Illinois St. plays a tougher caliber of opponent than Niagara. Not taking anything away from them but, the Redbirds have been playing very well as of late winning 4 of the last 5. Same as the Purple Eagles but against (IMO) lesser teams. The number for the Redbirds should me much higher, even getting at the most 7 points according to the stats I've looked at. Something tells me the line is a trap to take Niagara. I'm not drinkin' that Kool-aid.
Illinois St. +3(-105)......................2 units.
A dead even match-up when VCU goes all the way out to Reno to face the Wolfpack. The Rams score well on the road averaging 74 points but are 1-4 ATS the last 5. Nevada is not a real strong home team scoring 69 points a game shooting 41% from the field. However, I've always been a fan of a west coast team hosting an east coast team or the other way around. The home team wins these types of games most of the time. Nevada comes home winning 2 in a row on the road. I like them here.
Nevada -1(-120)...........................2 units.
Rothstein's "lean": Princeton -5. Harvard 3-11-1 ATS. Tigers take 'em to the shed.
NCAAB (52-48-2).......+9.00 units of profit.
Teasers(1-1).............+0.00 units of profit.
O/U(1-2)...................-1.15 units of profit.
Rothstein's "leans": 12-10
