        Adds

Kentucky has played well away from home all season, and lately been good so like their chances tonight and think they beat Vandy.

              WEDNESDAY

              2-1 yesterday, playing these today.

              1 UNIT
Hofstra (-3.5). Better team, home team.
Florida State (-3.5). HUGE game for both teams, I'll take the Noles at home.
TCU (-9.5). AFA hasn't played a road game inside DD's in their last 7-8 games or something.
Wright State (+1.5). They've beaten the teams they should for over a month now.
Ohio State (+1.5). Matta will find a way to win, or Carmody will find a way to lose.
Boise State (-6.5). Home court, revenge game for when Idaho snapped the 14 game win streak BSU had over them.

              1 UNIT TEASE
              Illinois (-2.5)/Butler (+1.5)/Northern Iowa (-1)

gl cuse, I think OSU wins as well with how pitiful NW is at rebounding. 334th out 343 teams lol! But I just cannot go against Craig Moore.

                        Bad night, strange night.

I don't want to hear anyone tell me how good the Big 10 is, lol. Ranked 2nd conference overall. It's awful. Collectively the worst group of offensive teams possibly ever. The defenses are not that good, the offenses are just THAT bad. Illlinois/Penn State set basketball back 50 years.

Interesting too, every single team that needed to win (maybe except Va Tech) to keep some glimmer of hope alive for the NCAA's won. And most every team that was in good position, suffered a terrible loss today - including some Mid Majors on what's getting to be thin ice in the already slim Mid Major crop.

Gonna be an interesting couple of weeks for sure!

                            I will disagree.

The Big Ten, in my opinion, is the ONLY conference that consistently plays DEFENSE. I will agree that some teams are not good offensive teams but your statement about the 'worst group of offensive teams ever' is just hooey. They could not possibly be the 2nd ranked RPI conference if it was true....or beat some of the teams they have beaten.

Why? Respectfully, one has nothing to do with the other. There's no correlation between the two, whatsoever. Playing good defense, or playing atrocious offense, is not part of the RPI formula.

The Big 10 is actually the #1 rated RPI conference after last night (I believe), and there's one simple reason for it. They have the #1 ranked non-conference SOS. No sane person can even begin to fashion an argument that the Big 10 is even remotely close to as good as the Big East or ACC. Not this year.

I'd be interested to know why you think the Big 10 teams play better defense than UConn, Pitt, Louisville, etc?
