The MAC loved Tim O'Shea...since he couldn't win with the best talent in the whole conference. He'll be sorely missed and it's scary who might come to Athens.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Bryant University has hired Tim O'Shea as its new men's basketball coach. O'Shea had been the head coach at Ohio University for the last seven years. He was previously an assistant at Rhode Island and Boston College.
The move was first reported last week by ESPN.com's Andy Katz.
O'Shea will replace Max Good. He was 132-86 in seven seasons at Bryant and led the Bulldogs to five-straight appearances in the NCAA Division II tournament.
Good resigned earlier this month to become an assistant at Loyola Marymount University.
Bryant begins the process this fall of transitioning to Division I. It will belong to the Northeast Conference at the end of the four-year transition period.
