actually, it means about 8-10 feet further out for your final shot.... thats HUGE.... do the math.... it take 3.5 seconds to run down the entire court.... 1 sec is ******* huge...

let's not even get into the phantom foul call with 3 seconds left in the game....

1 second is a TON of time....that second shouldnt of mattered if law makes the layup though....
