****all plays 4.4 units to win 4 units unless otherwise noted****
NBA 20-22 -16.8 units
NHL 1-0 +4.0 units
MLB 0-1 -4.8 units
CFB 12-6-1 +21.6 units -
from first glance
Butler got screwed
Vandy shouldn't be a 4
I don't like Oregon in and esp at a 9
surprised to see Purdue at a 6.. figured they'd be at a 4 or 5.Overall Records
Each play is to win the # of units posted unless it's a dog then I'm betting that amount.Comment

Good points, but to say the Big East is not that much better than any other conference I think is not that accurate. The Big 10 is flat out awful this year (if anyone watched this weke's game, their eyes bled), and the ACC is only sending 4 teams to the tournament and one of them is Miami. The SEC has Georgia in their tournament final for crying out loud. The Big East tournament was fantastic basketball at a very high level throughout. Same for the Pac 10. Those two conferences are so far ahead of the others this year, I really don't think it's very debatable.
The Big East has 16 teams so 8 in is only half their teams. If you can find a team that has better resume than Villanova that I left out than please tell me. There's more serious flaws than DD losses (a loss is a loss, who cares if it's by 5 points or 12 points for example) with my last four out.
Arizona State - The numbers are above and Nova trumps them in every way (plus 296 non conf schedule is a huge red flag)
Illinois St - 2 Top 50 wins and bot hare over Creighton who's ranked 48th and not a Top 50 team anyway
Virginia Tech - 1 Top 50 win all season long and it came against Miami the other day... big deal.
UMass - Lost to Charlotte in 1st round of the A-10 tournament plsu I don't think anyone wil largue for UMass anyway
In addition to that, Villa stunk on the road and has no real good wins out of the Big East. They barely beat a bad NC State team (I will give them kudos for winning that on the road). I guess I dont see it.
Did not say the Big Ten was any good, but I do think 8 Big East teams is one too many.
I am not saying it was an awful choice, but I will say I disagree.Go Boilers!

My biggest beef is the relative seeding of Mich State and Purdue.

Villa is in but I still say their resume is subject to debate. DD defeats to me are an important issue. DD defeats indicate, for the most part, that the team was not in the game.

but these guys did play Georgetown very tough on the road and got screwed on a bad call, an their losses were all at the middle point of the season were they were playing bad basketball... but the team won 7 of its last 11, with its losses coming to GTOWN(2), Marquette, and LVIlle... These guys also beat Pitt, West Virginia, Syracuse(2), George Mason, Temple, and UCONN and thats 5 tourney teams which is a lot more quality wins then a bubble team like Ill St, VCU, UMASS, Ohio St, Va TECH can say, so I see no gripe in them making the tourney....
Ariz State, on the otherhand, should have been in over one of the Pac 10 teams or South ALA IMO....wins over Xavier, Stanford, and Arizona(2) should have been enough especially since they had a better conf record than Oregon and Arizona and better overall record, but the thing about ASU is I have seen them pkay a bunch and besides Harden, they arent a good team....To A Phillies World Series :beerbang:
Flyers and Eagles --- its your turn:beerbang:
1 unit=25 dollars
2 units=50, etc.. and so onComment
