    friday ncaa hoops

    BEST BETS (19-13)(+14.10 units)
    STRONG PLAYS (16-15)(-1.00 units)
    REGULAR PLAYS (35-25)(+7.50 units)

    OVERALL (70-53)(+20.60 units)

I was pleasantly surprised that I went 2-1 last night. All three plays were regular plays. I usually lose those small conference games. Seven games on tap for Friday night….all small conference games again. All plays again are regular plays, just one unit. I just cannot make picks with games like these tonight and feel great about them.

Niagara -5 vs Loyola-MD (regular play)………………Record wise Niagara is the better team and they are at home where they are 6-1, while Loyola is 4-9 on the road. Wish this line were a little lower than five. I can picture a win, and no cover in this one, but I have got to stick with my way of betting, it has worked so far.

Penn -2.5 vs Harvard (regular play)……………Trying to figure out this Ivy league crap, I have read so far that the traditional Penn @ Princeton teams are down this year and this might finally be the year one of those two don’t win it. From what I have read so far this morning there are some people taking Harvard over Penn and Dartmouth over Princeton tonight. I cannot do that, at least not yet. Even though Penn is only 4-6 at home, Harvard has not won on the road yet, so I cannot back them. In addition to that Penn has owned Harvard on their home court. This could be the year that all changes though, so this is only a one unit play for me.

That is all. Anything else I would be really forcing. I would be very happy with a split tonight. I would only lose the juice and have a little action going on a Friday night.

I am working all day Saturday, so I am going to have to take a pass on all the day games. I will be back late Saturday afternoon with all my Saturday night action.

    Good Luck Everybody!!
