*Don't believe the reports that Anthony Newell is still hurt for the Cardinals.....here's a recap of their Saturday win:
MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) -Anthony Newell scored 19 points to lead five Ball State players in double figures as the Cardinals defeated Central Michigan 82-69 on Sunday. The win was the second in the three games Newell has played for the Cardinals (2-12, 1-1 Mid-American Conference) since missing nine straight games with a foot injury. Newell, who led Ball State with 12 rebounds, hit eight of 11 shots against CMU and has averaged 19.7 points since his return.

GL today JoePa. Sad news to hear that my favorite Penn Stater since Joe Crispin, Geary Claxton, will have his career end due to an ACL tear. If they win 3 more games the rest of the way out they should get a huge pat on the back.
