    BronxBombers71 (13)

ALSO! If you didn't notice in the other thread...

I have decided that I am going to allow first round losers to post their plays for the second round games if they want to. The reason for this is because I very much dislike anyone advancing by forfeit, and if anyone who has advanced does not post for round 2 for whatever reason, I will replace them with a first round loser.

Any first round losers who get advanced into the 2nd round will be done by number of first round wins.

If there is a tie in first round wins, then the guy to post earliest will be advanced to round 2.

Edited with the updated brackets. Tiebreaker of posting the earliest was not necessary, except to determine positioning. GamblinMan03, I wanted to include you too, and felt bad with you being the only one left out....but you only had 11 wins in the first round. SkinsFan and BronxBombers were the last 2, and they both had 13 wins.

Hopefully now everyone who advances will actually post from here on out!!

Thanks Tactics. I know you said you were on Hawaii time, and I must apologize for getting the winners up at such a late time for you. What is it, 2:45am there in Hawaii?

Haha....I used to be a big time night owl, but it's tough anymore these days. I planned on doing all the grading last night, and well, I fell asleep at about 11:00 (eastern time). Got up at 4:30 and was like ****, i gotta grade the contest, LOL. So i'll probably be crashing for a little too once these games get started this afternoon.

Thanks again for the help. Same to WilliWonka and Birdsfan as well. Having to grade all 4 brackets, plus scan an image of the bracket to post would have been a nightmare....especially with getting to it so late.

Stif the mistake i do believe

is with The Wisconsin and Corpus Christi result

that was a 13.5 point spot
where Corpus Christi would of been the winner..

you may want to take a look at that for the ones you graded
I do believe that i had 18 wins and not 17 also .. just letting you know as you may of graded your regions as Wisconsin (winners) and CC (losers0

i have BK moving on 19-17
Keep em in the hole, Down in the hole

stif- seems kind of unfair to take a loser and replace someone with them. here is a question for you then: if say 3 people don't post their plays how are you going to determine which guy gets replaced by whom. say my guy doesn't post and 3 others don't either, you have no way of fairly pairing me up with a loser vs. pairing someone else up with them. say one guy has 11 wins and the other losers have 8 wins.....there is no fair way to determine AFTER THE FACT who that 11 win guy slots in against. i hate walkovers, too, just like i hate dead teams in fatasy sports, but there is no fair way to determine where a loser is slotted in, IMO. thanks for all the effort, though...:beerbang:
