Fear...thats what i dont understand, i was sent this email:
Dear Kevin,
Thank you for being a member of Sports Interaction.
We have received your withdrawal request. At this time, all withdrawal requests will not be processed without registration documents. Your withdrawal request will be in ‘pending’ status with Sports Interaction until we can authenticate your account.
Sports Interaction values your business. Due to the recent Legislation changes and in the interest of adhering to the Know Your Client requirements, we respectfully request the following documents to certify your account, while confirming your identity and guarding your security.
We appreciate your loyal membership and because of this you will experience quicker payouts as well as higher deposit thresholds, when we receive your documents.
If you're not familiar with that process, I don't know what to say. Every major book does it... Sportsbook.com, Betcris, etc. Its standard procedure... Usually you only have to do it once though (first time you use that credit card).
The reason I ask is because I've always withdrawn from SIA with the direct bank transfer option and they've never asked for any of that horse****....but I suppose that it wouldn't surprise me if they were all of a sudden making people jump thru hoops to get withdrawals now like everyone else.
Nah Stiff, they used to withdraw to a credit card 5 years ago, i hated that...you deposit thru a credit card and when you withdraw it goes back to creditcard....but this was straight to my bank...apparently there is "new Legislation" and they must know their customers....its not really a problem, i said i can scan that **** and email it to them...
