Well, Arizona really couldn't play any worse, and they kept inside single digits so hopefully the come alive in the 2H. Here's everything up until 7pm tip-offs.
1 UNIT Northwestern (+10) Northwestern/Western Michigan UNDER 137 Kent State (-4) DePaul/Kansas UNDER 146 Washington (+3) Valparaiso (-2) BYU (-3) Saint Mary's (-3.5) Wisconsin (-3)
1 UNIT TEASE
Butler (-0.5)/Indiana (-1)/Missouri (-0.5)
Daws - 31-310 at half is working just fine me, bud.
Nigel - I am a big, big URI guy this year. Have played them numerous times already this season. You almost have to think that Syracuse is a near slam dunk to put up 80 at home until they prove different. I won't play the side, my play the OVER though. I would probably take the points if I were playing the side, but I think URI is going to have some issues with Syracuse's size. I'm thinking the game ends up in the 80's.
Well, the NU/WMU plays worked out great but I lost the stupid Kansas UNDER because of a couple ridiculous 3 pointers that were banked in, a half time 30 footer from 3 that dropped, and Bill Self apparently likes to leave starters in until 2 minutes left in a 25 point blowout.
Big props to John Brockman for cashing in for all UW backers. Incredible play on defense and get the ball back and then ties up the offensive rebounder. Huskies looks by 6-7 points if not for his stellar, heads-up play(s) in the last 30 seconds.
Waiting on Saint Mary's/San Diego State result now and then will try to get up the evening games. Kind of pissed at myself I didn't play Wyoming. That might have been the easiest play of the board all day.
