Illinois Chicago +3.5 3.5 units......I don't understand why they are a dog here, I'm guessing because of Winthrop's popularity from the NCAA tournament last year. IC has beaten Bradley at home, who is not a great team, but Winthrop only has 7 returners total and lost their top 2 scorers.
