OK, we actually had 7 non-posters, and 2 "extras" who posted plays, but weren't in the brackets. I am going to include them, since we have extra slots.

I picked the seed numbers and names "out of a hat", to determine who would move where, and who would win by forfeit in round 1. Unfortunately we have no choice (that I can think of anyway), but to allow 4 guys to move to round 2 by forfeit.

Here's what needs to be done to the bracket....

Eliminate:

Q-unit
Beermantm
New York Buckeye
Big Pimpin
Flashpoint
Gambling & Golf
Cardiac Pack

Move:

Blazer Andy to San Antonio bracket, seed #8

Insert:

Habsfan99 into San Jose bracket, seed #12
Hamil into San Antonio bracket, seed #2

This should leave empty slots in:

San Jose bracket, seed #9
San Jose bracket, seed #14
San Jose bracket, seed #6
San Antonio bracket, seed #9

therefore:

BlazerAndy

will win by forfeit and be automatically advanced to the 2nd round. Like I said, I wish I could do something about the forfeits, but there's nothing I can think of, and it certainly wouldn't be fair to let anyone post plays now anymore to fill the slots....so unless someone has some kind of plan, those 4 guys are going to get a "bye", and move to round 2 by forfeit.

If The "extras" lose, then leave it at that.


if either "extras" win, then take them & their opponents and put them with the 4, with no opponent, also include blazerandy & his opponent, and pick the best records to advance..

you have 28 fair matchups and 4 with controversy... just tryin to make it fair.

I posted picks for the first round, just in case you had some openings. Does that mean that I will be matched up with one of the ones moving ahead due to lack of competition?
