    Boxing Triple Header : 7-14

Antonio Margarito Over Paul Williams -125
Margarito is just that good. Sure he looked bad agaisnt Clottey in his last fight, but he was murdering people before that. They gave Margarito the nod which he didn't deserve, so that makes me believe he still has the committee on his side. Plus Clottey is no joke, look what he did to Diego. Margarito to pound out a UD over Williams. My money is on Margarito. Cintron was undefeated until he stepped up to him. Williams about to get his first loss.

Kermit Cintron vs Walter Dario Matthysse Under 7.5 -105
Rolling with the Under on this one. Cintron has 25 KO's in 27 fights. Matthysse has 25KO's in 26 fights. Ya, the Under looks good to me. A little too obvious to be true but...ha, am I supposed to play the Over? No thank you.

Alfonzo Gomez vs Arturru Gatti +140
Gatti is too old. Enough is enough. No more money to be made off his wars. All I know about Gomez is that he is a Contender fighter, that's pretty much it. If Gatti wins, then what? If Gomez wins, they have a name to build off. Just rolling with politics on this one. The guy is a no namer, so what better way to build a name by beating someone everyone knows about. Once again, I have never even seen this guy fight but my money will be on him because of the reasons above.

Minimum of 1 unit per fight, just dont know exactly how much yet. Haven't put that much thought into that part, just know what Im playing...

      Off Topic But...

"Taylor plans to give up title!
WBC/WBO middleweight champion Jermain Taylor's proposed September 29 clash with Kelly Pavlik at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ, will apparently be his last as middleweight champion. Taylor's hometown newspaper, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, reported on Sunday that a decision has been made by Team Taylor to move to super middleweight after that fight."

Setup for a great excuse after his up and comming loss. "I just can't make this weight anymore."

v3- I'm not sold on Alfonso Gomez in that one, probably will be a no play for me and hopefully turns out to be entertaining. I like the Margarito play a lot, and will be on him as well. As for the UNDER in the Cintron fight, it just looks too easy so it's scaring me off.

        GL!!!!

I have to agree with CuseFan about Gomez. I see this as a great fight for Gatti! From what I have seen of Gomez, he likes to bang, doesnt have much movement with little skills other than heart. I agree that Gatti has taken some beatings lately and is for sure past his prime, but I think this will be a fight in which he can do what he does, BANG. I just see Gomez standing right in front of Gatti and trying to trade shots? I think Gatti took this fight because he knows he can get the win, maybe call it quits or line up another pay day? Gatti should be able to outwork Gomez and use his superior experience to get by him? This one should be more entertaining than a shot to make any good money IMO? Good luck either way, I cant wait to watch Gatti!

I just have to go with my gut and take Gomez, even though I know close to nothing about the guy. Maybe that's what they want though, for us to know him by beating the tar out of Gatti. What better way to make a name for yourself? Either way, always great to watch Gatti fight.

Ya, I am rethinking the whole Cintron Under. The other option is obviosuly the Over, but that's even scarier. It would take 2 gun shy fighters, but as soon as one person starts to bang the other guy will default and throw back. I don't know, really a toss up. Not as confident in it as I was.

Ya, it does look too easy but I rather take the Under than take the Over.

7 full rounds of grinding my teeth and anxiety causing a damn near heart attack knowing that my money could be flushed in any second. Exagerrating, but you know what I'm saying...

                          It's Gomez time!!!
Ha, I dont even know who I'm talking about.

                          Man, these better pan out...
