Hawaii Warriors +25 (3-3) 2-3 ATS, 2-3 O/U at #15 Boise State Broncos -25 (5-0) 3-1 ATS 1-3 O/U Friday, October 17 Bronco Stadium (30,000) Boise, Idaho 8 p.m. EST

Hawaii, the defending WAC Champions, are hoping to continue the momentum from their previous win over Louisiana Tech 24-14 by stealing a win on the road this Friday night over the unbeaten 15th ranked Boise State Broncos.
The Warriors will need to play a lot better versus the Broncos if they plan on the upset. Hawaii QB, Inoke Funaki was 14-of-26 for 224 yards and 2 TD’s and 1 interception against Louisiana Tech. The Warriors put up 401 total yards on offense but they also had four turnovers.
The Warriors simply can’t afford to turn the ball over even once to Boise State. Hawaii is a good football team but Boise State is better, in my opinion. The Warriors have a good win over a ranked team already this season as they beat then ranked #22 Fresno State 32-29. Now, they will head into Boise and attempt to beat another ranked team.
Hawaii was a 21.5 dog when they upset Fresno State; they will certainly be the dog versus the Broncos, but the question remains-can they knock out another favorite?
Meanwhile, the Boise State fans are enjoying yet another successful season behind the miraculous play of true freshman QB Kellen Moore who just continues to win week after week.
Moore was 21-of-30 for 174 yards and 3 TD’s in the win over Southern Miss. last weekend. The Broncos scored all of their points in the second quarter which was enough to get the job done. The Warriors may want to find a way to at least contain Moore if they plan on beating the Broncos.
The Boise State defense was perhaps the star in last weeks win as they held the nation’s 4th leading rusher, Damien Fletcher, to just 69 yards. Fletcher averages 142 yards per game. In fact, the Broncos defense will likely be a major key for them if they do indeed make a run for another BCS Bowl game this season.
The Broncos are averaging 33.6 points per game while allowing only 11 to their opponents. This team is playing with a ton of confidence and head coach Chris Peterson likes what he sees on both sides of the ball. I like what I see as well, and I don’t see Hawaii stealing a win on the road. The Warriors will give Moore and company a tough game but the Broncos are just too solid right now and they will not go down to less talented team.
Boise State has won 14 of their last 15 games. In last year’s meeting with
Hawaii the Warrios prevailed 39-27. The way the Broncos are playing I wouldn’t
be surprised if they duplicate last years score.

This game will be another great college football game to watch. The Broncos are always a tough team at home especially when the lights shine down on that pretty blue turf!
Wilson’s Pick: I like Boise State to win straight up, but can make a solid case for Hawaii to cover. Luck to ya.
