College Basketball Picks: Cal at UCLA 1/19/20
UCLA is having a down year, but luckily for them Cal is deck. The Golden Bears have lost seven consecutive games to the Bruins in Pauley Pavilion. Six of those defeats were by double digits making tonight’s line of UCLA -8.5 appearing to be a margin attainable by the host. Read on to get Dan’s point spread play.
Louisville Cardinals vs. Duke Blue Devils Pick 1/18/20
Predicting how the Blue Devils respond off a somewhat shocking loss to Clemson is a key component to handicapping this game. The line has crept up to -7.5 at most shops a number that Duke has beat in all but one of their wins this season. That said, Louisville with Forward Jordan Nwora is a dangerous opponent. Read on to get Dan’s betting opinion.
Wisconsin Badgers vs. Michigan State Spartans Pick 1/17/20
The Wisconsin Badgers have rebounded nicely after it looked like they’d have their second poor season in a row and the Michigan State Spartans are coming off a 42-71 blowout by Purdue. Two teams going in opposite directions or will MSU be motivated to redeem themselves after the shellacking at Mackey Complex? Dan gives his pick to cover the spread!
Santa Clara Broncos at Gonzaga Bulldogs Pick 1/16/20
What is Herb Sendek feeding his kids? The Santa Clara Broncos have been the perennial doormat of the West Coast Conference but not this year. This young team is playing like their hair is on fire and doing so without a true star, as seven different players average 7+ points or more. Will the Mark Few have the Gonzaga Bulldogs on upset alert? Or will the Broncos go into a tough venue and turn heads as they did last time out at St. Mary’s? Check out Dan’s picks on this game as he has a recommendation for both the side and total!
Virginia Cavaliers at Florida State Seminoles Pick 1/15/20
When you think Virginia Cavaliers you probably think “winner”. While they’ve been incredible in the past, and while they’re sporting an 11-4 record this season, they’ve been somewhat of a disappointment, not living up to expectations, especially at the betting window where they’ve only cashed tickets four out of fifteen games. Meanwhile, the FSU Seminoles have won seven games in a row under Leonard Hamilton and are making a solid case for being this year’s cinderella.
